If you want to watch the remainder of episodes of Starter Wives Confidential you will have to go online to TLC.com. Ask me why? ::Long pause::
Is it ratings? Is it a change in network direction…or all the outside drama?!
CLARIFICATION: The show is NOT canceled, it is ONLINE only.
It’s no secret Starter Wives Confidential was plagued by legal inquiries and possible lawsuits from the beginning. Starting with Shanequa Tompkins being missing from all the episodes, her ex 50 cent allegedly had an agreement or contract with her of some sort that either prevented or made it difficult for her to partake in the show. I know before taping even began I was questioned about my posts relating to anyone connected with Lamar Odom. Luckily TLC had no control over what I do or can post so it became a non-issue. I never did find out who was putting pressure on them. Cut to the Lil Kim situation, one which I’m still confused about and can’t even confirm if there is a law suit.
Bringing a show with women of color to TLC we always knew was a challenge and I love that they believed in our stories and gave us a voice. A voice, honesty, love, a lot of drama, and a bit of ratchetness. (Usually required for any good reality show.)
I can only imagine there were a lot of people who were afraid what would come out on Starter Wives Confidential and as you saw from the first few episodes, the ladies were NOT holding back! Trust me it gets better and much juicier. But I digress. (I always wanted to say that in a post.)
I want to say that from the very bottom of my soul the support and love from viewers was more amazing then I imagined. Even the haters felt our show was genuine. I love that personally I got to not only bond with 5 amazing women but was allowed to show that not all celebrity wives sit home, model, or are simpletons. For the first time people got to know who I really am, if even just a little bit.
So it SUCKS that you have to watch episodes online but it beeeez like that sometimes. But make sure you still log onto www.mommysdirtylittlesecret.com everyday for the latest news, gossip, and sexy info (c’mon y’all know me by now, why pretend anymore #endlesspromotion #bossbitch #keepitmovin #letmefinish)
P.S. I realize I didn’t answer why we are not being aired anymore…you will just have to judge for yourself. ::Closes the shades carefully as she writes and presses send::

Hey Miss Monica. I am soooooo sad that this is happening to you ladies. When i saw the first episode I didnt want it to end. I was so looking forward to watch the next one on my ‘tv’ not ‘computer’. We need to start a petition about that. You ladies have a right to share ‘your’ story if ‘you’ so choose. It wasn’t a bad show and it really wasn’t a tell all. You all may have mention your “famous” exes once or twice, but you ladies were more about telling how are living your lives, today, or how you plan to live your lives going forward. I whole heartedly believe you all deserve a fair shot, just like everyone else, to tell your individual stories. They need to start canceling shows like ” bad girls club” ” love and hip hop” etc those shows promote more fighting and bitterness, and dysfunction than anything else, I’m guilty of watching them all. I’m just saying if you want to cancel something cancel shows that are putting women in a bad light, not something that could potentially help millions of women to see that there is an alternative route if a husband, boyfriend, etc wants to walk out of a relationship. Women need to not only hear theat they are not alone. They need to see women moving on with their lives.
It is unfair that these men get to go on with their lives but you ladies aren’t allowed to do the same.
I know you ladies will continue to move forward despite all this foolishness #muchlove

I hate to play Devil’s Advocate but I believe TLC is a sister
Station to E! Television. Think Carefully…now ask yourself
again… who could have put pressure on them?
It’s so sad the show got cancelled from TV but I will be
Supporting the show online.
May God Bless You All!

I really enjoyed this show, you were the best on the show. Joise needs to hang it up like a flat screen. She thinks she still fine, it’s over joise.

I was very upset when I found out the show was cancelled. And I just wish that vh1 picked up the show because the viewers would be different and the show would have high ratings. Good show, wrong station.

The show in online ONLY, because of all the GARBAGE that Josie brings to the show… Josie is the reason EX-es have a bad name… put the garbage (Josie) out!

The show was an embarassement to THEM. I could not believe those women came on the show airing such personal things — like they were “needy” and could not move on. It was best the show was cancelled.
