Chantal Spears, also know as Ronald Spears, claims on December 5, 2009, Khloe Kardashian violently struck her outside of a club, causing serious injuries. Khloe Kardashian has fired back for the first time after transgender woman Chantal Spears sued her for assault. Khloe insists she didn’t do anything wrong during the 2009 scuffle, she only acted in self-defense. I am sure there were witnesses so this should be pretty easy to put to bed, right? I’m going to have to take Khloe’s side on this one, just because she’s a Kardashian doesn’t mean she is stupid. Does anyone really think Khloe would go around hitting people unprovoked?
Khloe filed the response in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming Chantal Spears deserved what she got because she provoked Khloe into getting physical. According to Khloe’s response, her conduct “was reasonably necessary for her self-defense and safety.”
TMZ originally reported back in December, 2011 that Chantal was suing Khloe, saying Khloe attacked her out of nowhere outside a Hollywood nightclub in 2009 for telling Lamar he was “too young to be married.” Watch this video here and tell me this Chantal character is not lying…
